I don’t provide restrictive meal plans — instead, I teach you how to eat balanced meals you enjoy and can maintain long-term. I also offer a Meal Planning Training for anybody that wants to learn how to do that.

Check-ins are done weekly through a simple form. You’ll share your progress, habits, and any struggles, and I’ll respond via video message with personalized feedback, guidance, and next steps.
